The 150th North Somerset Show
Monday 4th May 2009
The Society enjoyed another yet another successful Show, the public turned out in thousands to help celebrate the 150th Show. The Main Ring was enjoyed by many with the Pony Club Games and Sheep racing taking centre stage. Livestock numbers were up as well a strong horse numbers.
The Society would like to thank all of the people who helped organise the Show as well as the exhibitors who created such an enjoyable day.
North Somerset Ploughing Match, 12 September 2009
The Society will be hold its annual Ploughing Match on the 12th September. The match will be held at Shipham Lane, Winscombe and I am pleased to anounce that the Keel family have organized good weather for us this year!!!

500 Club draw
The 500 Club is a fundraising club that has a draw each month and a percentage of its income is offered as prize. The more members there are the higher the monthly prize. At present the monthly prize stands at £180 per month with this months winner being Mr Hillman. If you are interested in joining this club please contact Tim by email on tim@nsas.org.uk
